Filming coordination
Permission requests, restricted-zone agreements, equipment declaration and filming windows built into the itinerary.
- Available now (P1)
- Written permission before you fly
- Substitute location held for refusals
On-site support
Most of what goes wrong on a China trip happens in the first six hours and has nothing to do with factories: the wrong hotel district, no working payment method, a driver who has never heard of the industrial zone.
For creators and brand buyers who already have dates — add only the pieces you need.

Available now
This is the only piece of on-site support we are running properly right now. The rest are listed below as planned, because listing them as available would be a promise we cannot keep.
Permission requests, restricted-zone agreements, equipment declaration and filming windows built into the itinerary.
The permission mechanics are spelled out in the filming guide.
Planned
These are the other pieces clients ask for. We are honest about the state of each one rather than dressing it up as live — ask us and we will tell you where it stands.
Not conversation Mandarin. Someone who can carry tolerances, tooling terms and payment conditions both ways without softening them.
Airport or station pick-up, movement between industrial zones, and a hotel placed near the factories you are actually visiting.
Sequencing, buffer for the things that always slip, and rebuilding the day when something does.
Currently handled case by case while we formalise the process. We will tell you honestly whether your case is straightforward.
A reachable number for the evening problems: lost equipment, pharmacy runs, a restaurant that only takes a payment app you do not have.
The interpreting role in particular has its own page — see the interpreter.
A day on the ground
This is what a normal working day looks like. The unglamorous rows are where trips usually fail.
Driver meets you at the hotel. We use the same drivers repeatedly in a cluster because industrial-park addresses are poorly served by map apps.
Walk-through with the production manager. Interpreter handles tolerances and tooling specifics rather than pleasantries.
Near the industrial zone, not across town. Used to review the morning and adjust the afternoon order.
Second visit, or the substitute factory if the morning one fell through. Usually the deeper technical conversation.
Written notes sent while it is fresh, so nothing depends on remembering it three days later.
Thirty minutes on what we saw, what we distrust, and what the next day should do differently.
The floor part follows the on-the-floor checklist.
Coverage
Tier 1 · home base
Tier 2 · resident team
Tier 3 · reachable
Diagram noteThis is a schematic coverage diagram, deliberately not a geographic map. Node order follows the real west-to-east and north-to-south arrangement of each cluster; exact placement carries no coordinate meaning.
The tiers map to the destination pages, region by region.
What we don't do
We are hosting ground support, not a concierge service and not a substitute for your own judgement.
This support sits under a brand sourcing visit or a creator trip.
Before you book: how we verify a factory
Every factory we take you into has been through the five checks. Here they are, step by step, along with the signals that make us walk away.
Next step
Tell us where you are going and what you need covered. We will tell you what we can take off your hands.
No obligation. We reply within 1 business day, China Time (GMT+8).
Four fields. We read every one and reply with a straight answer, including when we are not the right people for the job.
