Plan my trip

Tell us what you need to see on the floor.

One message with the essentials is enough. We return a realistic day-by-day plan — the route, the shortlist and the days — including the parts we think are a bad idea. This ishow the process works, from message to report.

What happens next: we read it, run the pre-screening, and reply within 1 business day with a plan or a straight answer about why not.

What to include

The six things that let us build a route.

More detail gets you a more specific plan. Missing detail just means we ask.

  • Your product or category, and roughly how much you expect to order
  • Whether you already have a supplier list, or need us to build one
  • The cities you are considering — or that you are not sure which ones
  • Your dates, or the window you are looking at
  • Team size, languages, and whether you need filming, transport or an interpreter

Not sure which of these fits you? The who we help pages split it by role, and the guides cover the preparation.

Good brief, thin brief

The difference is in the specifics.

The brief decides whether the answer is a plan or another question.

  • A thin brief"I want to visit some factories in China." — tells us nothing about what you make, so we cannot say which cluster, and the answer has to be another question.
  • A brief we can build from"Beauty packaging — 30ml serum bottles with pumps, private label, first order around 5,000 units, Guangzhou or Dongguan, April, two people, need a filling plant and a packaging supplier." — we can name the cluster, the supplier types and the days.

After you send

What happens next.

  1. 01

    We read it

A person, not an autoresponder. We read what you wrote and figure out what we still need to ask.

  2. 02

    We run the pre-screening

Before promising anything, we check that the category, the cluster and the dates line up — including whether the dates fall on a holiday shutdown.

  3. 03

You get a plan or a straight answer

Reply within 1 business day, China Time. Either a realistic day-by-day plan, or a plain explanation of why the trip is a bad idea as described.

The plan is free, and the pricing is two visible lines — nothing is folded into your unit price.

Before you send

The questions people ask first.

What happens after I submit the form?

A person reads it — not an autoresponder. If the brief is thin, the reply is a short list of what we still need. If it is complete, you get a plan or a straight answer.

How fast do you reply?

We reply within 1 business day, China Time (GMT+8), Monday to Friday. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is faster.

Do I pay before I see the plan?

No. The plan and the feasibility answer are free. You pay only when you book a trip, and the structure is on the pricing page.

What if you cannot help?

We say so, and we say why — wrong category, wrong dates, or a request that a cheaper remote service would serve better. We would rather lose an inquiry than sell a trip we cannot deliver.
