- Pre-screening and the five vetting checks before a factory stays on the itinerary
- Appointments, transport coordination and interpreting on the ground
- The written report after the trip
Not included — and never marked up
- Flights, hotels and visa — you book them, and we take no margin
- A formal factory audit or a product inspection — those are coordinated with specialists, not bundled
- A guarantee of supplier acceptance or future production quality
What the fee covers on the ground is visit planning plus the interpreter and the report.

What affects your quote
We quote for your product, route, dates and support requirements. The quote states what is included and any separately priced work.
- Tooling-led categories cost differently from market-floor categories.
- Filming permission work has its own lead time and its own effort.
- Two cities in one trip cost less than two cities in two trips — density matters.

How much does a factory visit cost?
Fees depend on your route, days and support requirements. Send your product and dates for a quote with the scope and conditions.
Do you take commission from the factories?
No. Our fee is paid by the client. Any optional sourcing commission is agreed separately in writing.
What are the two visible lines?
A hosting and coordination fee for the trip itself, and — only if you later ask us to help place an order — an optional sourcing commission that we disclose in writing before it applies. Nothing is folded into your unit price silently.
Who pays for flights and hotels?
You do, and you book them yourself. We do not resell travel and we add no margin to it. We will tell you which hotel area to choose so you are near the factories, not the tourist centre.
