Pricing

Two visible lines. No hidden commissions.

We publish the structure rather than a fake price list. You always know who is paying whom, which is the only part of this worth trusting — the same logic as the process.

How we are paid

The two lines, stated plainly.

Hosting & coordination fee

A stated day rate or trip fee for the visit itself: pre-screening, appointments, transport coordination, interpreting and the written report.

Optional sourcing commission

Only if you ask us to help place an order afterwards. Quoted separately and agreed in writing before it applies — never folded into your unit price.

What is covered

Included, and not included.

Included

  • Pre-screening and the five vetting checks before a factory stays on the itinerary
  • Appointments, transport coordination and interpreting on the ground
  • The written report after the trip

Not included — and never marked up

  • Flights, hotels and visa — you book them, and we take no margin
  • A formal factory audit or a product inspection — those are coordinated with specialists, not bundled
  • Any success outcome — we cannot sell a guarantee we cannot keep

What the fee covers on the ground is visit planning plus the interpreter and the report.

What we don't do

Why we do not publish a price list

A fixed price list would be fiction. The honest answer is a number attached to a scope — your category, your cluster, your dates. Ask, and that is what you get.

  • Tooling-led categories cost differently from market-floor categories.
  • Filming permission work has its own lead time and its own effort.
  • Two cities in one trip cost less than two cities in two trips — density matters.

More on how it works is in the FAQ, and who it is for is under who we help.

Questions about how we are paid.

How much does a factory visit cost?

It depends on the category, the cluster, the number of days and how much permission work is involved. We would rather quote your specific dates than publish a range that does not survive contact with real factories. Ask and you will get a number, a scope and the conditions attached to it.

Do you take commission from the factories?

No. Our fee comes from you. That is the only way we can tell you to walk away from a factory on the day, and mean it.

What are the two visible lines?

A hosting and coordination fee for the trip itself, and — only if you later ask us to help place an order — an optional sourcing commission that we disclose in writing before it applies. Nothing is folded into your unit price silently.

Who pays for flights and hotels?

You do, and you book them yourself. We do not resell travel and we add no margin to it. We will tell you which hotel area to choose so you are near the factories, not the tourist centre.

Next step

Get a number for your dates.

Send the category, the city and roughly when. You get a scope and a price, not a brochure.
