Who we help
Same country, four completely different jobs.
A first-time buyer needs the right cluster and a payment method that actually works. A brand founder needs MOQ and tooling ownership settled before money moves. A procurement team needs ten suppliers compared on one sheet. A creator needs permission to point a camera at the line. Pick the page that sounds like your problem — the trip we build around it is not the same trip.

Four audiences, four different trips
Each page describes the work itself: what changes when you use us, what we can commit to, and what we cannot.
How these pages differ from the service pages
A service page describes what you buy. These pages describe what your problem looks like from the inside — including the parts we cannot fix for you.
- Work, not a personaThese are four kinds of job, not four marketing segments. Each page lists what concretely changes, from the shortlist through to what gets written down afterwards.
- The limits are on the pageWe do not guarantee entry to a specific named factory, and filming permission is the factory's to give, not ours. Every page here states what we can commit to and what stays outside our control.
- They overlap on purposeA founder on their first trip should read two of them. A procurement team that also needs footage should read the creators page as well. Nothing here is exclusive.
- If none of them fitsIf none of these sounds like you, send the details anyway — we reply within 1 business day and say plainly which one applies, or that none does.
Choosing a page
Read the one matching your problem, then the one matching your situation.
These four overlap deliberately. Most people are two of them at once, and reading only the louder one is how trips get planned wrong.
- Founder on a first tripRead both. First-time buyers covers mechanics you have never met — payment rails, what a realistic day actually holds. Brand founders covers the things that cost you money later: MOQ floors, who owns the tooling, and whether the sample you approved is the one they will run.
- Procurement team that also needs footageRead the creators page as well. Filming permission has its own lead time and its own refusal reasons, and it cannot be bolted onto a verification visit once you are already on the plane.
- Buyer who already has suppliersFirst-time buyers is the wrong page for you even if this is your first time using us. The job is checking someone you already pay, not finding someone new, and those need a different document at the end of them.
These four pages describe the problem; the service pages describe what we actually do about it, and the two are not one-to-one — a single trip often draws on several, and checking suppliers you already pay is its own job, which is whereexisting supplier visits comes in. If you would rather understand the whole process before picking anything, how it works is the shortest route. And if you are still deciding whether China is the right move this year, the hub finder is a cheaper first step than a flight.
